The flats are situated in Salvador de Bahia, at the 7th floor of a brand-new building in the elegant Pituba district and 20 m from the beach. It is located 20 m (reachable on foot) from the famous "Fashion" (disco) the important meeting-place for the extravagant night of Bahia.

The building is equipped with: a wide deck level swimming pool, a gymnasium, a games room, the party hall, security 24 hours a day and indoor car park.

Arara, Tucano and Sabià features:

The rent for each flat is 60 € a day.

Beija-Flor features:
- 1 double rooms (up to 2 people)
- kitchen
- room with TV
- 2 bathroom
- service area

The rent for each flat is 40 € a day.

During the Carnival, in December and in January prices may be modified.
